What Makes this Course Unique?
Sharing the Traditional Mysore Method

While most modern yoga offerings focus on led classes, whether in-studio or online, the heart of the Ashtanga tradition is the Mysore method. It is one of the most powerful, timeless, and transformative ways to practice yoga, yet few teachers today are trained to offer it. Instead, students often remain dependent on led classes, choreographed flows, or follow-along videos, never developing the independence, inner discipline, and depth that Mysore-style teaching cultivates.
This training was created to change that.
Our goal is to make the Mysore method more accessible, sustainable, and widely available by empowering teachers to share it confidently in their own communities.
Over ten days, you won’t just refine your self-practice, you will learn the complete methodology behind building a Mysore space from the ground up. You will study how to introduce the sequence to beginners, how to safely ajust and how to guide students to practice independently rather than relying on external cues.
